Gang sheet FAQ
Everything you need to know before you order.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A single 22″-wide sheet of film with many designs arranged together. You pay by the length of the sheet, not per design, so the more you fit, the less each transfer costs. Sheets run from 12″ to 504″ long.
How does the gang sheet builder work?
Click Design your gang sheet, choose a size, then upload your PNG or JPG designs. Drag, resize and rotate them on the canvas, or use Auto Build to fill the sheet automatically. Add to cart and check out when you're done.
Can I upload a gang sheet I already made?
Yes. Click Design your gang sheet and upload your finished, print-ready 22″ sheet as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI. The builder detects its size and calculates the price automatically.
How fast will I get my order?
Orders placed by 3 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are printed the same day, and most other orders within 24 hours. Pick up locally in Coral Springs, FL, or we'll ship it to you anywhere in the US.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG with a transparent background is recommended. JPG and other common formats work too. Upload at 300 DPI or higher; the builder's Upscale Quality and Remove Background tools can help.
Can I print on dark and light garments?
Yes. DTF works on any garment color and on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and most other fabrics. No weeding or pre-treatment needed.
What if my image quality is too low?
The builder has a quality checker that warns you when resolution is too low, plus an Upscale Quality tool. 300 DPI gives the sharpest results.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders of $99 or more ship free within the US. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $8.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If your transfers arrive damaged, have color issues or don't meet our quality standards, we'll reprint your order at no charge.
Can I use Canva?
Yes. The builder connects to Canva, so you can create or edit designs and place them straight onto your sheet. Export as a PNG with a transparent background for best results.
