What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one 22″-wide sheet of film with as many of your designs packed onto it as will fit. You pay by the length of the sheet, not per design, so the more you fit, the less each transfer costs.
Can I upload a gang sheet I already made?
Yes. Open the gang sheet builder and upload your finished, print-ready 22″ sheet as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI. It detects the size and calculates the price automatically.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single transfer or a single foot of gang sheet. There are no setup or art fees either.
How fast will I get my order?
Orders placed by 3 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are printed the same day, and most other orders within 24 hours. Pick up locally in Coral Springs, FL, or we'll ship it to you anywhere in the US.
What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher gives the best result. Other common formats are accepted, and the builder warns you if an image is too low-resolution.
How big can a gang sheet be?
Every sheet is 22″ wide, and you can choose a length from 12″ up to 504″ (42 ft).
Can I design my gang sheet in Canva?
Yes. Export your design from Canva as a PNG with a transparent background, then upload it to the builder.
Will it work on dark shirts?
Yes. DTF prints include a white base layer, so colors stay bright on black and dark garments as well as light ones.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Coral Springs, FL.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $99.
