Build Your Gang Sheet
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are high-quality prints made on a special film using DTF inks and adhesive powder. They are heat-pressed onto garments and can be applied to virtually any fabric type or color — including cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends.
Unlike screen printing, DTF requires no minimum order quantity and supports full-color, photographic designs with vibrant colors and excellent durability.
We accept the following file formats:
- PNG (preferred)
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
- Transparent background required (no white box around the design)
- RGB color mode recommended

A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on a single sheet to maximize value and reduce cost per transfer.
Use our Gang Sheet Builder to upload and arrange your designs.
- Sheet width: 22"
- Lengths available: 12" – 504"
- Leave at least 0.25" spacing between designs
The builder automatically calculates pricing based on the sheet size you select.
Recommended heat press settings:
- Temperature: 300-320°F (150-160°C)
- Pressure: Press at 90+ psi firm pressure (For polyester - medium pressure at 60psi)
- Press time: 3-5 seconds
We only use high quality, instant peel (3 seconds) film.
Application process:
- Pre-press garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Press transfer for 3-5 seconds
- Instant peel the film
- Cover with parchment paper and re-press for 5 seconds
Our DTF transfers are designed for instant peel.
- Press at 300-320°F for 3-5 seconds
- Instant peel the film
We only use high quality, instant peel (3 seconds) film.
If edges lift during peeling, close the press again for 3-5 seconds and peel once more.
DTF transfers work on most fabrics including:
- 100% Cotton — excellent results
- 100% Polyester — excellent results
- Cotton / Polyester blends
- Nylon
- Denim
- Canvas
- Spandex blends
DTF transfers work on both light and dark fabrics.
Not recommended for:
- Waterproof treated fabrics
- Silicone coated materials
- Extremely rough textures

To maximize the life of your print:
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash
- Wash garments inside-out
- Use cold water
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
If ironing is required, never iron directly on the print. Use parchment paper or iron inside-out.
When applied correctly, DTF transfers typically last 50+ washes without cracking, fading, or peeling.
Durability depends on proper heat press settings, correct washing methods, and avoiding harsh detergents or high heat drying.
Most orders are printed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after artwork approval.

We ship from Coral Springs, Florida using USPS and UPS.
Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days.
If your transfer has a printing defect such as color issues or misalignment, contact us within 7 days.

We will either reprint your order or issue a refund.
If there is a quality issue on our side, we offer a full reprint or refund.
Refunds cannot be issued for customer errors such as incorrect file uploads or incorrect sizing.
Common causes:
- Temperature too low
- Insufficient pressure
- Moisture in garment
- Peeling too quickly
